Mind and awareness session at Kathmandu Medical college is an opportunity for all the upcoming doctors to understand about the secret of breath. And that responsibility I got it due to Anjali sister with whom I met 10/15 days ahead and planned for everything. She being a rotaract member has been doing superb initiation and participation.

On May 11, 2019 I met with Utsav to go to the venue on his bike at sinamangal. We reached before time and waited outside and called our few friends. Rama Thapa Magda and Reema Chaudhary were already upstairs and waiting for us. As it was club event so there were already so many volunteers. All the registration, stage, projectors, sound systems were ready. After a while the session was started.

The session is more of the being aware about all the things we do in our life and how can we make it better. The best way to make us aware is our breath and it directly connects to our mind. So getting through interactive session people gets interactive and we had fun as well. All kinds of questions and queries were being addressed and answered. Few of needed to be experienced which happened in practical session of meditation. The brightness after few moments of eyes closed is amazing to witness.

After the session they gave us appreciation and respect. Many more who has curiosity were around me talking about more depth in it. Some of them sharing there experience of being blissful. And that small amount of happy faces makes it all the success of this event.
