“Winter Warmth” is a charitable event organized by the students of BSW with the aim of serving the underprivileged children of various cities of our country. The program has been divided into 3 parts: fundraising, crowd funding and charity events. As of part of “Yoga/Meditation for a cause” I was invited by Elesh Aryal bro.
Nov 24, 2019 7:30 – 8:30 was a schedule date for Yoga and meditation and we reached on time. As few of the students group were in classroom we waited them in hall and formally started the session. With me my friend Utsav also came to help me so we introduce ourself and started session. After few theoretical and games we bang on to proper Yoga and meditation.
All the organizer team were so helpful. The light was well placed, sound system and management. Session was interactive and fun. Yoga and meditation was smooth and bliss. Guiding through how our breath will help in making better team work, creativity, confidence, focus, being stress free and many more with practical implementation was awesome.
I am thankful to Elesh and organizing team for inviting me for this wonderful cause. Hopefully most of us had better understanding and experience of Yoga and meditation. Utsav has been always supportive and helpful in all the scenarios of life. I am grateful for the Founder of The Art of Living H. H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for guiding us to transfer this knowledge so easily.
All the best to “Winter Warmth” and would like everyone to support for it. I am sure in upcoming days we will have new projects and new success stories.
